Photovoltaikmodule auf Basis von Perowskit-Silizium-Tandemsolarzellen haben das Potenzial höhere Wirkungsgrade zu erzielen als heutige Siliziummodule. Ein Forschungsteam des Fraunhofer ISE fertigte nun aus Perowskit-Silizium-Tandemsolarzellen von Oxford PV ein Modul mit 25 Prozent.
